WISP^® LIMITED WARRANTY

WISP Industries Inc warrants that with under normal household and regular use, WISP^® is free from defects in material or workmanship. The duration of coverage of this warranty varies depending on the part of product that is defective (see chart below). This warranty is effective from the date of original purchase. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS PRODUCT AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

• Repair or replace defective part.

For best bristle results, we recommend storing with the WISPpan^® in order to keep bristles off the ground.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THE LIABILITY OF WISP INDUSTRIES INC UNDER ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY AND UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR REFUND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) OF DEFECTIVE PARTS WITHIN STATED WARRANTY FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. WISP INDUSTRIES INC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Cost of shipping must be paid by you unless otherwise agreed upon by WISP Industries Inc. WISP Industries Inc will not be responsible for defects caused by accidental damage, damage in return transit, vandalism, misuse, abuse or alteration. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
